An appointment is required to process any hunting and fishing license/permit transaction at our Driver License Branch – our other branch locations cannot sell hunting and fishing licenses/permits. Visit taxcollector.com/appointments to schedule an appointment.
Our office accepts cash, check, debit cards, and credit cards for in-person transactions. A $2.75 processing fee applies to debit card payments, and a 2.75% processing fee (minimum of $2.75) applies to credit card payments. Our office does not retain any portion of these fees.

What purchase options are available for non-resident temporary fishing licenses?
Temporary fishing licenses (3-day and 7-day) are unavailable for purchase online, by phone or at Walmart locations for non-Florida residents. If needing to purchase a temporary fishing license, you must visit one of the following subagent locations:

Are Florida residents age 65 and older required to purchase hunting or fishing licenses?
No. Florida residents age 65 and older are eligible to fish or hunt without a license, provided they carry proof of age and residency with them (e.g. their Florida driver license). Non-Florida residents must purchase a license, regardless of age.
