Any person that has an FWC lifetime license may have the designation(s) added to their Florida Driver License or ID Card. The fees associated with adding the designation(s) vary depending on the transaction type:

You must have documentation for the specific FWC lifetime license designation(s) you wish to obtain, in your possession, upon application – electronic formats will not be accepted.

Appointment Requirements
All Hunting and Fishing transactions at the Driver License Branch require an appointment. Late arrivals and scheduling of the incorrect appointment could result in your appointment not being honored.
An Online Application is REQUIRED for all transactions! To complete your driver license or ID card transaction at one of our branches, you must complete the Online Driver License & ID Card Application (https://taxcollector.jotform.com/210103795736152) – or scan the QR code to access the application – prior to your appointment. Do not print the application; an associate will access your electronic submission during your appointment. Applications are valid for 90 days.
Real ID Requirements
Many customers being issued a driver license or ID card may need to submit Real ID documents. For a complete list of acceptable identity documents, visit flhsmv.gov/whattobring.
All Non-US Citizens and Naturalized Citizens are required to provide USCIS (INS) documentation or Naturalization Certification. Be prepared and bring all documents with you to your appointment.
