Your property manager or rental agent will submit an application on your behalf, and each property will receive its own account number. While your manager or agent will handle the tax payments, you, as the property owner, are ultimately responsible for ensuring the required tax is paid. As the property owner, you can view your accounts online to monitor the amounts remitted on your behalf and ensure they are being paid.
If you also rent on your own, you will need to apply for your own account. Once we create your account, we will email you a new account letter containing your account number, instructions for accessing our online tourist tax system, and your username and password.
