If a payment is returned for any reason, a returned payment fee of $25.00 to $100.00 will apply, depending on the amount of the payment.
Pursuant to Florida Statute a service charge of $25 for payments up to $50, $30 for payments between $50.01 and $300, and $40 for payments over $300, or up to 5% of the payment amount, whichever is greater, not to exceed $100.
Additionally, if you took your collection allowance (discount), it has now been forfeited.
A penalty of 10% or $50.00, whichever is greater, plus applicable interest, may be assessed.
Continued noncompliance may result in the filing of a warrant.
