If you already have a username and password, make sure you enter them correctly.
If you forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" to receive a temporary password by email. After logging in with the temporary password, you will be asked to create a new password. Be sure to use your new password the next time you log in.
If you don't have an account, complete and submit the Tourist Tax application. Once your account is created, we will send you a New Account Letter containing your username and password, and link to our online Tourist Tax system.
If you already have a Tourist Tax account but still cannot log in, email touristtax@taxcollector.com or call the Tourist Tax Department at (941) 741-4809 for further assistance.
