If you already have a username and password, make sure you enter them correctly. The Tourist Tax Program is case sensitive, so ensure your Caps Lock key is off.
If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link to receive a temporary password via email. If you've previously received a temporary password, the system should have prompted you to change your password upon logging in; you need to use that new password, not the temporary one.
If you don't have an account, visit our tourist tax account management page to submit an application for a new account. After we create your account, we'll send you a New Account Letter containing your account number, instructions for accessing our online tourist tax program, and your username and password.
